Position: Culinary Team Member

As a Culinary Team Member, you will:

  • Enjoy interacting with and providing high-quality meals for our residents and staff
  • Ensure a sanitary and orderly environment for all food preparation, keeping our residents’ health and comfort the highest priority.
  • Contribute to the kitchen’s operating functions, help maintain inventories to match the current menu, and help adapt the menu to cater to resident preferences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a cook/chef/dietary worker preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ambitious learner
  • Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
